Identify and examine your stories and limiting beliefs. See your patterns clearly, and start consciously changing them by learning new paradigms.
Body
Feel and release emotions, including what remains unresolved from past trauma, allowing healing to take place.
Spirit
Align with your values, vision, and greater purpose. Live and lead from higher consciousness.
