About Jacqueline Y. Chu

Author | Speaker | Psychotherapist

I work at the intersection of healing and leadership.

People come to me not just to feel better, but to reclaim clarity, presence, and the power to live and lead with integrity.

My path began in law, where I experienced firsthand the toll of high performance, self-suppression, and emotional disconnection. That journey eventually brought me to the work I do now: supporting others in reconnecting with themselves and creating meaningful change from the inside out.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist, former lawyer, and author of Facing Your Anxiety: A Personal Guide to Freedom from Anxiety. My approach combines psychological depth, lived insight, and practical structure to support healing that transforms how people live, relate, and lead.

For over a decade, I’ve worked with individuals and organizations to move beyond coping and into alignment, where clarity, integrity, and grounded leadership become possible.

Healing is leadership. And it would be an honour to support you on that path.
