About Jacqueline Y. Chu

Psychotherapist | Speaker | Author

I work at the intersection of healing and leadership.

People come to me not just to feel better, but to reclaim clarity, presence, and the power to make an impact.

My own path began in law, where I learned firsthand the toll of striving, self-suppression, and emotional disconnection. That journey eventually brought me to the work I do now: helping people heal their inner wounds, reconnect with their wisdom, and create meaningful change from the inside out.

My work is integrative, grounded in disciplines ranging from neuroscience and trauma healing to hypnosis, relational psychotherapy, and energy-based approaches. I use my signature modality, Somatic Hypnosis™, to guide deep inner healing that talk alone cannot reach.

I am the author of Facing Your Anxiety: A Personal Guide to Freedom from Anxiety, and I speak on leadership rooted in compassion, resilience, and authenticity. At the core of my work is a simple truth: healing is the foundation for powerful, joyful, and sustainable leadership.

Healing is leadership. And it is my privilege to walk with you on that journey.
