For Individuals
The Inner Work of Healing
Whether you're navigating emotional patterns, burnout, or the quiet sense that something’s off, the work starts inside.
I offer psychotherapy and leadership coaching to help you release what’s holding you back and move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
-
For Organizations
Healing the System
Organizations are made of people — each carrying pressure, fear, and unspoken pain. When that goes unaddressed, it shows up in burnout, disengagement, and performative leadership.
Real change happens when we address what’s underneath. I help organizations create space for healing so leaders can show up with clarity and integrity, and teams can thrive in an environment of psychological safety, presence, and purpose.

About Jacqueline Y. Chu
I work at the intersection of healing and leadership.
People come to me not just to feel better, but to reclaim clarity, presence, and the power to live and lead with authenticity.
My path began in law, where I experienced firsthand the toll of high performance, self-suppression, and emotional disconnection. That journey eventually brought me to the work I do now: supporting others in reconnecting with themselves and creating meaningful change from the inside out.
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist, former lawyer, and author of Facing Your Anxiety: A Personal Guide to Freedom from Anxiety. My approach combines psychological depth, lived insight, and practical structure to support healing that transforms how people live, relate, and lead.
For over a decade, I’ve worked with individuals and organizations to move beyond coping and into alignment, where clarity, integrity, and grounded leadership become possible.
Healing is leadership. And it would be an honour to support you on that path.

A Personal Guide to Freedom from Anxiety

Is it time to face your anxiety? One in five people suffer from anxiety disorders, but only a fraction of them seek help. Maybe you are one of them. Perhaps you are carrying on as if chronic anxiety is just a part of life, even when it inflicts constant pain and holds you back from living the life you want. Life gets busy, and we often neglect our mental health until we have a life crisis such as burnout, a relationship breakdown, or a diagnosis of a serious health condition.
You don’t have to wait until there is a crisis. There are two reasons why you’ll want to start freeing yourself from anxiety now. First, anxiety significantly reduces your quality of life as it wears you down and may lead to other health problems such as insomnia, depression, and chronic illness. Second, freedom from anxiety means you are free to be true to who you are, fearlessly living out your values and dreams. Drawing from personal stories, neuroscience, and evidence-based techniques, Jacqueline Y. Chu presents a simple step-by-step guide to freedom from anxiety.
